Terms of Service
1. Authorised use
Access to Gallivanter Command is restricted to users authorised by Gallivanter Media. Users must only connect, access or manage accounts and information they are authorised to use.
2. Account security
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and must not intentionally share access with unauthorised persons. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly.
3. Connected services
Gallivanter Command may connect to third-party services such as Google and YouTube. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. Authorising a connection does not transfer ownership of the connected account or its content to Gallivanter Media.
4. Appropriate use
Users must not use Gallivanter Command to:
- access accounts or information without authorisation;
- circumvent third-party platform restrictions or security controls;
- interfere with the security or reliability of the application;
- use information in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
5. Availability and development status
Gallivanter Command is under active development. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Internal operational safeguards, approvals and manual workflows may remain necessary while features mature.
6. Data and privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Users should not connect an account unless they are authorised to allow Gallivanter Command to process the information required for the enabled features.
7. Third-party platforms
Gallivanter Command is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or other third-party platforms merely because it can connect to their services. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the application develops. The current version will be published on this site.
9. Contact
Gallivanter Command is an internal Gallivanter Media application. Authorised users can raise questions about these terms through the organisation’s existing internal business contact channels.
